Stunningly gorgeous! I don't really have any tips for you, since you are quite obviously better at photomanipulations than I am. :P I will say that there is a dark glow around the moon that makes it appear slightly flat.

No, there is a very small ring of darkness along the entire circumference of the moon. It's barely noticeable; I wouldn't worry too much about it. :P
